Ronald C. Rutman, CPA, CA

Ronnie Rutman is an advisor with Springbank Capital Corporation. He has worked with both public and private companies and specializes in consulting for real estate, distribution and private equity portfolios. Ronnie has been an independent trustee of H&R Real Estate Investment Trust since 1996 and a member of its audit, compensation and corporate governance committees. He is also a director of a number of charities. Ron has assisted many clients with the purchase, sale and financing of their businesses. To quote Ronnie:
