Springbank Capital Corp. (“Springbank”) is pleased to announce the sale of its client Lean Industries (“Lean”), a software solution provider for disputed consumer-originated financial transactions, in both the card and non-card payments space, for both fraud and non-fraud disputes, to Jonas Software, a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions globally.

Springbank acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Lean.

“Springbank Capital Corp. expertly guided our company through every aspect and detail of our transaction with Jonas Software. From the very beginning of the process through to closing, Jennifer Chasson [President of Springbank], and her team of experienced professionals took the time to truly understand our business from different perspectives, always with the goal of ensuring we presented our company to the market of prospective buyers in the best possible light.” said Lean’s President, Jim Schlegel.

He went on to add “Springbank’s methodology was thorough, engaging, and collaborative, and allowed us to continue running our company with minimal disruptions while at the same time partnering with us to ensure the best possible outcomes for our business, its employees, and its owners. We were delighted to have worked so closely with Springbank and if given the chance to go through the process again, we would select Springbank as our partner again – every time.”
